Platinum Fellowship

The Platinum Fellowship of SPaHR is an elite honorary recognition bestowed upon exceptional professionals, leaders, and scholars who have demonstrated extraordinary distinction, innovation, and service in advancing leadership, governance, and human resource excellence across sectors and borders. It celebrates individuals who exemplify global standards of integrity, excellence, and transformational impact — aligning with SPaHR’s core mission of Building Leaders, Shaping the Future.

Requirements: o Reserved for top-tier professionals, global executives, policy innovators, and distinguished academicians with remarkable achievements and sustained influence. o Must be nominated or invited by the SPaHR Governing Council or Board of Fellows. o Demonstrated exceptional leadership performance, organizational transformation, or scholarly innovation at regional or international levels 15 years experience, publications, policy contribution
Eminent Fellowship

It is reserved for accomplished leaders, administrators, and scholars whose outstanding achievements have significantly advanced the fields of Public Administration, Human Resource Development, Governance, and Leadership. It is conferred upon individuals who embody the highest ideals of service, integrity, and nation-building — those whose influence has created lasting institutional and societal impact both locally and globally.

Requirements: o Reserved for senior professionals, statesmen, academicians, or captains of industry who have attained national or international distinction in their respective fields. o Open only by nomination, invitation, or endorsement from the SPaHR Governing Council. o Must demonstrate outstanding leadership, innovation, and public service contributions that align with SPaHR’s mission of “Building Leaders, Shaping the Future.” Should possess 10 years of service and humanitarian work
Doctoral Fellowship

The SPaHR Doctoral Fellowship is a prestigious recognition awarded to scholars, researchers, and professionals who have demonstrated exceptional academic excellence, innovation, and leadership through doctoral-level research in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Leadership, or related disciplines.

Requirements: o Must hold a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant discipline (Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Leadership Studies, etc.). o Open to academics, policy experts, and senior practitioners with a proven record of research and professional contribution. o Must have produced significant, original scholarly or professional work that contributes to SPaHR’s mission of nation-building through leadership and administration.
Fellow Membership

It is reserved for accomplished professionals, senior executives, academics, and thought leaders who have made outstanding contributions to public service, governance, leadership, and human capital development.

Requirements: o Must be a Full (Professional) Member of SPaHR for at least three years or have equivalent standing in another recognized professional body. o Must have demonstrated outstanding leadership, professional achievement, or academic contribution in public administration, human resource management, or related disciplines. o Open to senior government officials, directors, consultants, academics, and organizational leaders who have a proven record of excellence and impact.
Associate Membership

The Associate Membership of SPaHR is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals seeking to establish themselves in the fields of Public Administration, Human Resource Management, and Leadership.

Requirements: o Must be a graduate of an accredited tertiary institution. o Early-career professionals (with 0–5 years of experience) are encouraged to apply. o Student members who have completed their studies are eligible for automatic upgrade upon application.
Student Membership

As a student member, you gain access to exclusive learning opportunities, mentorship, and platforms that prepare you for a successful career in governance and people management.

Requirements: o Must be a current student of an accredited university, polytechnic, or college. o Must be studying or interested in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Leadership, or related fields. o Recent graduates (within 12 months) may also apply
